LeylaAs a new employee of the FCHAIN, I hold a strong position of the business development specialist. Thanks to my broad-based knowledge, careful planning and forward-looking vision for work, I do my best to develop the company.

My goal is to significantly increase the existing customer base, expand the geography of consulting services provision. The main task is to make a significant contribution to the transformation of FCHAIN, to make the brand even more famous and recognizable.

High professionalism allows me to independently determine the range of potential partners, build a sales system, competently manage the work process in accordance with priorities. The main motivation for me is to promote FCHAIN’s consulting services in accounting, jurisprudence, personnel matters. Among my key functions is building and developing comprehensive partnerships with a long-term perspective. Their management is based on trust and recognition of the values by the second party. I’m not just expanding the client base; I’m thinking out various mutually beneficial options for cooperation, I represent the company at thematic exhibitions and conferences.

Business development is an engrossing and complicated process that requires constant improvement. The main skill required to achieve mastery is to truly admire each competently planned and successfully closed deal.
